Hi guys,
i'm a 21 year old male. I have a normal
body. Maybe abit too skinny. Here is
my situation. I dont eat much throught
the day. But i'm still in good shape.
My question is what kinds of food help
make your face look 'fat.' maybe that
wasnt a good word to use. My body is
normal. But my face is very very skinny.
My chick bones show from a mile away.
But whenever I decide to eat alot to get
some 'meat' on my face, all I get is a big
stomach. How do I transfer food to go
into my face and not in my stomach?!

Simple, you want to retain more water.
Take some creatine, drink water, and work
out.
