I just tried this today for the first time, and the patch doesnt seem to be adhering well. By the end of the day there is a ripple through the middle that is open on the ends, and some of the edges are loose. I put it on this morning before teh gym, and before my shower. Is that the problem? Do I need to put a fresh one on since the edge seal to my skin is not tight? Thanks for the help.

That happened to me too. So long as the patch itself hasnt peeled off, you're fine. They say it should be 80% adhered at all times. The ripple through the middle is totally normal (especially if you're wearing it on the front, lower abdomen). If the edges are just barely peeling, that's ok too. It's only a real problem if the patch is like 1/4 off (or one whole corner has peeled off). Hope that helps!

The second patch I ever wore rippled in the middle and I freaked out. It did not fall off and the ripple was not big but I replaced it anyway cuz I was too paranoid. Ive foud that the best place to put it is on your butt it doesnt get even the slightest bit unstuck there. Usually I put it on after taking a shower, I dont know I just think its gonna stick better because the area is gonna be cleaner
