Hi Your Symptoms
I have similar symptoms as yours, although I cured panic attacks.. Let me know if you find a cure to this head situation problem, this I have exactly the same symptoms..

I also have been having a sharp heavy pressure feeling over my left nipple. Above my heart.. Just a pressure in the chest that feels weird and makes me paranoid its my heart.
Had an ekg done 6 months ago and my heart was fine but I still worry.

Heaviness On Top of Head
Oh my god I have been on the internet for the past hour trying to find somebody with this!! I have exactly what you describe and when it comes iits stays for days sometimes weeks without going at all, sometimes its not as tight and othe times its so tight. I have had I when it gets so bad that I felt a sensation like an elastic band snapping in my head. That was scary!! But ive been told by the doctor (100 times) that its only anxiety. When I have this its so bad I cant concerntrate or think. It makes me so angy as I wake up with it and go to bed with it!! Sometimes I have weird numb feelings in patches over my head. But yeah thats exactly what I get a heavy feeling almost like youve left you sunglasses on top of your head.

Thank God
I have been trying to find others suffering from the same pressure and pain that I have. My doc to says it is stress related but I panic and don't believe her. I am constantly thinking it is something awful which leads to further panic attacks. Do you or anyone suffer from occasional sharp pains in your head? Mine aren't too severe but definitely noticable.
