It is actually different for everyone. I have know woman who have morning sickness from day one. I myself only had morning sickness in the 3rd month, but certain foods made me sick to my stomach the whole entire pregnancy.

I've been really nauseated since day one! And it's gotten really bad. Like last night I couldn't even sleep. And I threw up this morning but only a little bit. Nothing ever seems to help it either. :(

Well was your throw up like any other throw youve had before or was it like a lemony color. Because if it was a lemomy color every single time its got to be morning sickness... Have you taken a pregnancy test yet at all????

Well, it wasn't just yellowy... When I usually throw up (in the past) its always been excessive and nasty. This mornin however, it wasn't. It was a little chuncky...Like barely but still there. And there wasn't that much to it. Either way, I hate throwing up. And I haven't done a hpt yet.

Sip a little ginger ale, not too cold and eat a few saltine crackers slowly, but like the poster said above, we are all different and you should take a hpt. Good luck!

Ginger ale has always been my friend... Haha last night I was so nauseated that I couldn't sleep. I ended up drinking a cold glass of water and eating a few saltine crackers at like 5 am!

Beleive it or not ginger ale gave me heart burn... I drank ginger tea, with just a little sugar, and ate a bagel... Slowly!!! It helped. Eat a small meal about every 2 hours, don't let your stomach get empty. When your stomach gets empty, your changing hormons causes the acid in your stomach to start feeling sick, and then you get morning sickness. Good luck!

You get morning sickness due to the hormonal changes that your body is experiencing, and the acid in your stomach rises, yes, it helps if you eat every couple hours, but sometimes the acid is so much that you aren't able to eat, it's not because you don't eat.
