Eat breakfast! Believe it or not, it woll help you lose weight (studies have shown thhis again & again) because it stokes yor body to burn more during the day & it keeps you from overeating later on. So have cereal, milk, fruit when you get up.
Eat 3 meals a day, lay off the chips (they are fatty & have zero nutrition). If you want to snack at least eat nuts or dried fruit, which have some vitamins.
Try to find exercise that you like (dancing, walking, yoga) and do a bit every day. You dont have to run a marathon, just move a little. This will help you get in shape but more importantly will improve your mood.
(i sound like a know-it-all but i'm still learning how to eat well myself. I'm just telling you what works for me and also what I read about in many books. Good luck!
