Q: Help Identify Rash

For the past three months I have had a recurring rash on my shoulder/chest area. It starts out as a raised red blister like rash with large and small splotches that does not itch. Then after a week or so it begins to dry up and vanish. It kepps coming back in the same areas and I cant figure out what it is or what to do about it. If anyone has any similar symptoms or knows what itr might be a reply would be appreciated.
Thanks
