I have been on the pill for about 3 years now. The other night my boyfriend and I had sex and used a condom but it broke right at the end. I am concerned becasue earlier that day I had vomited. I know this can decrease the effectiveness of the pill. I called my doctor and she seemed to think everything would be okay but I am still concerned. If anyone has any advice please send it my way.
