It's definitely possible, I started feeling really sick at about 6 1/2 weeks...Of course I found out about a week before that and no, a question not asked is a dumb question! :) that's what forums like this are for...

Well every pregnancy is different. With my first 2 pregnancies I felt sick and tired before my period was even due. My third I didn't even know I was pregnant until I was 2 months along.
