As long as you wernt preganant whilst the air bag went off there shouldnt be a problem, make sure you didnt have any bleeding and any other effects. Did you have a period with any pains more than normal? It shouldnt cause any problems your skin has a pretty protective layer, make sure your not stressed because its not easy to concieve under stress, make a trip to your doctors if your still a bit concerned he may be able to suggest something.
