Q: I Need Help

Seven months ago I left a very abusive relationship, by doing so that ment I had to leave behind my four year old daughter and know I feel so empty, but I felt I had to because of her father, he threatend me by saying that if I left and take her with me that he was going to kill both of us so I was affraid for her life and mine so I left her behind ifelt this was the only way to get away from him and know I regret it. Can someone please help me? Please give me some advice on what I should do? :cry:

Why?

My first question is why would you leave your little girl in a situation that you were so scared to be in. You think that if he threatened her life with you he isnt doing worse to her now. My best advice would be get her out of that abusive situation as soon as possible.

I agree with staylor. If he was abusive to you what makes you think hes not abusive to your little girl. I know thats not what you want to hear because you already feel guilty and no doubt know in your heart, but its reality. You need to hire a lawyer and get full custody of your girl. I know it probably won't be as easy as that but whatever you have to do to save your daughter from living in that kind of hell you have to do.
