Since my last post I have decided for now that I might not go back to the zoloft. The fact that I am having withdrawals like this makes me feel like I am some sort of drug addict. I literally cried in the middle of wal-mart today because the nurse I was on the phone with at my doc's office said that I couldn't get any pills until my next doctor's apt. This frightened me and now I am scared that I am going to depend on these pills forever and if I do try to go off of them again I know what it is going to be like.

So shouldn't I just keep off of them.....

Also...I am considering trying some natural remedies. St. John's wort? Anyone know if it is good? Also I read that vitamin b helped someone....
Any other vitamins and stuff that I could start using instead of medication?

Thanks, but I find this site helpful not stressful. I find comfort in the fact that I have others, who suffer from the same thing I do, to ask questions to. Sometimes it helps even more to get a "real" persons opinion from their "true" experiences rather than reading the back of a pill bottle or talking to a doctor.
