Anyone ever wake up in the night, sometimes along with a nightmare
in a cold sweat?

God, that's like an every other night occurance for me. I have the craziest, freakiest dreams, and jeebus help me I can remember most every dream i've ever had.

. . . The was one I had about "dog-monkeys" and it actually gives me other nightmares it was that bad.

I have. Its natural. Your body is in a deep sleep and thoughts are racing in and out or your mind. Some are a little scarry and you just wake up sweating. Im not exactly sure why you sweat lol maybe thinking to much, but itss normal none the less.
