Teen Pregnancy Forum - Im a Lil Nervous!

Hey everyone,

I had unprotected sex about a week n a half ago... N he went all da way in me...... N I got sick about a week after in da middle of da nite... N I havent puked since I was in elementary school... N I am not eating rite cuz everytime I try to eat I feel like I am goin to puke.... I took a pregnancy test yesterday afternoon n it came up negative.... But I just feel like I am pregnant... Is dat to early to take a pregnancy test or no... Please help ..... Thanks

You can take a pregnancy test as early as four days before your next period, but a lot of times even thoes can show up negative because your hormones are not at a high enough level to read. Try first response and if the symptoms continue then try again about 4 days after your suppose to start your period. Were you trying to get pregnant?

No I wasnt I just didnt think about it at the moment... I am only 16 years old so I def wasnt tryin to ... But I no I have a big chance dat I am ..... N wen I took da test I didnt realli have to go to the bathroom I made mahself go ... Idk if that means ne thing.... N I heard u should do it in da mornin... Idk im just nervous... You are right about taking it in the morning, your hormonal levels are highest then. If you had sex a week and a half ago I very much doubt that a test would show up positive, I think you are just going to have to wait it out because if you are pregnant , your just not pregnant enough for the test to show positive.. Do you kind of understand what I mean?
Also be careful girl if you dont want to get pregnant use some birth control. If your going to be sexually active at a young age you need to be responsible about it, having sex is a mature thing to do, you need to act like an adult if you are going to mess do it. Id say just be careful for the next few weeks, no smoking, no drinking, ect. When was your last period? And how far apart are your periods usually? I wouldnt really worry about being pregnant to much, just be careful until you know for sure and be careful next time you have sex.

I had mah period on da first of last month.... Mah periods r different every month... They usually come 6 days earlier den they did the month before.... I'm tryin not to think about it... N I dont drink or smoke so ill b fine there lol... Thanks so much

I just read your other posts and it shows that at least two other previous times you thought that you were pregnant.. Seriously girl get on some birth control. That is ridiculous.

Da first time I thought dat was because it was mah first time having sex n I was just nervous das all... I did use a condom all da time..... N da second time it was on there was involved wit da first time I did it because I just kept feeling sick all the time n ppl would always joke about me being pregnant .... I knew I wasnt but ppl said it so I got nervous... That was just a stupid silly thing cuz I was nervous after the first time I had sex

Ok well thats fine and all and I can understand, but why don't you get on another form of birth control, i.E the pill ? It will make you feel a lot better and if the condom breaks you don't have to worry.

Also, I swear I am not trying to be a jerk or anything but use proper english. It will make you seem more educated and it is really hard to understand your posts.

Also you have posts from april and june both thinking that you are pregnant. I dont think that was from you thinking that you were pregnant one time. And have him use a condom the whole time...Not just put one on at the last minute. You can get pregnant from pre cum .

It sounds like you're either an attention seeker or maybe you really want to get pregnant. I could be wrong but that's what I sense.
I suggest b/c or if that's a problem for you than enjoy abstinence.... At 16 it's fun. You have lots of time to experience sex when you're truly ready.

Don't panic yet I had a little pregnacy scare a month ago. Becasue I was stressing out I had all the symtoms like morning sickness aches and no period it was over a week late ebcasue I was worried. Good luck

Sometimes birth control doesn't work all that great...

I got pregnant on the patch.

If your having that many scares then it's obvious you need to get on something...You must of not been that scared to have more than 1 scare..

Oh and by the way, you say you got sick right after you had sex.

Sickness doesnt come until your weeks or even months pregnant...

Sickness could come sooner than weeks after. Everyone is different.

You are probably just worried and thats why you got sick. I noticed that with my friend she always thinks shes pregnant but its just because shes thinking about it and it makes her that way. When I got preg I didnt get sick till a month after I got pregnante.

I got sick at 9 weeks.
