Q: Pregnant Periods???

Ok I know you can be pregnant and still have your period. I have heard of it. Lol. However my question is does the period have to be different than usual? Or normal? I am 26 and happily married and I am on bc but I missed some pills last month and we did have sex. (we do want one more baby when the time comes) I had my period a day late and very light this time around and I didnt think anything of it cause I have felt fine. However this morning I woke up and the room was spinning and I immediately went to the bathroom to be sick. Thats kinda odd for me. I might be nautious occasionally but the room doesnt spin and I dont go running for the hills. Any advice?

Extremely eHealthy
Could be preg symptoms or b/c symptoms!!??
Have you been on the pill long?
Sounds to me like high blood pressure the "spinning upon rising"
you guess as good as mine!?
