I dont know if anyone can help me with this, because I have had this issue my whole life. I get a burning sensation and I have been tested for every infection and std and the tests come back negative. If I drink alot of water the burning will subside. I do have four kidneys and I wonder if that has anything to do with it, because, as I said, ive had this my whole life. I have no weird odor or discharge, it doesnt hurt to urinate. My doctors have never been able to pin down what it could be. Ive done research, and have found nothing. There is not alot on people with four kidneys, and I wonder if thats why I can find nothing on my condition. I also get the burning the day my period starts, but it also happens randomly. Please help!
