When you get a cold, ie stuffed nose, congested lungs, do all your lymph nodes swell up?

Right now I have a cold and the nodes in my neck, armpits and groin are swollen. Plus one in my neck is swollen pretty hard -it's like a pebble.

Please, any help would be appreciated.

Blood like sores on my Penis and Swollen Lymph nodes
I have blood like spots on my penis and a swollen Lymph Node in my genital area. The spots on my penis appeared on the 9th of March and are still sore. The lymph nodes has been affecting me for 3 weeks. I went to my Dr and he gave me meds for STDs. The sores seem to spreed. What can I do to dry them up?
Please help!
