My Upper Lip Is Swelled Up.. Why????!!!!! Posted: 11-20-03 15:07pm


Hi, just a couple of days ago, my upper lip just swelled up and I dont know why. Nothing else swelled. Just my lip right below my nose. It is starting to drive me crazy!!! I haven't changed anything about my lifestyle like eating ect. Its weird. Does anyone know why this is or what I should do. Please help.

It's possible you had a reaction to something. I have a friend who's upper lip swells from chemicals they put on fruit at the super market. If she doesn't wash it well, then anywhere the fruit touches her lips they swell. Other than that it's her only symptom. Try and remember what you eat or what's a common factor when you're lips start to swell, then you may know what's causing it.
