Q: Acne ?

Okay so this might sound weird, but maybe someone out there can help me. I've had acne for a while now, but its slowly going away. However I have noticed that I have it on butt as well. Does anyone have this problem and know what I could do to fix it?

I've tried washes and whatnot...But I dont know what to do....Any ideas?
