Ya ill get that sometimes. It dosnt hurt bad, it just scares me

Please go get yourself checked out, the one time I had severe left arm pain, and it was a svere numbness, almost like a leg cramp, it was a heart attack!!!

I've been to the hospital because of it several times,
and they did tests and couldn't find anything.
They said it's because of anxiety, and also i'm only 15
so the chances of a heart attack are minimal.
(and I definately suffer from anxiety)

I dont get shooting pains in my left arm, just little aches like every were else in my body. Delancy your fine all anxiety sufferers get stuff like that. Your only 15. No way. Just is probably just trying to scare you, even if he did have a heart attack I doubt he has any idea what its like to have severe anxiety. He dosnt understand what its like and that most of the symptoms we get mimic health problems.

Sorry, I didn't mean to scare anybody. I didn't realize that you were only 15, or that you had already been to the dr to have it checked out. Those things were not mentioned in the original post.
As far as not understanding severe anxiety, wrong !!! I suffer from it, as well as a host of other health problems. So, in that regard, I do understand, cause I live with it.
I must admit tho, that I did not know a lot of symptoms of anxiety mimic other health problems. Thanks for enlightening me on this.
See, I just dont get to see a dr, unless I am taken to an emergency room somewhere.

i suffer very bad wit anxiety .. it is tat bad i have been in hospital 20 times had ct scan had 10 ecg all blood work echo of heart stress test and everything clear .. why are my still thinkin i havin heart atrtack i cant go out side the door ... the pains are constantly there ... does any 1 suffer from all left sided pain in chest shoulder arm please help

Omg thats the same isssue i'm having currently! I started having panic attacks last year in april and then THIS april i started getting pain in my left arm to! I'm only 15 to! But i've been to the doctor and they said it was my muscle that keeps hurting. Idk if this pain has to do with remembering what happened to me last year around this time or what. It's really scary cuz its been going on for a month and it hurts alot T_T
