I was on the atkins. I now know how unhealthy it is.
Best thing is to eat your greens and excercise :)
seriously, there is no substitute for living a healthy lifestyle :)

I agree--drink tons of water, bottled water if your water is like our, eat lots of vegetables and fruits.

Eat healthy, drink water, you can eat goodies(cake, brownies and what not)only in smaller proportions and try not to take it off too fast and remember when you exercise, join a gym, you might put on a little weight because muscle=weight and remember, if you do exercise, do not over do it.
A three day diet would not even sound healthy to me. Please watch what you get yourself into!
