I have extreme tightness combined with a burning sensation of my upper back muscles and into the neck and shoulders. I can deal with the pain, however; I have started to develop nausea which I think is being brought on by this intense pain. I have a one year old, therefore do not have time to feel nauseated. Please advise!!!!!!!

Upper Back Pain
Im sorry to hear that you are suffering with your upper back. Babies tend to put a strain on yr upper back. Had u been breast feeding or maybe yr arching the top of yr back to talk to baby when they are playing on the floor. Try using an ice pack it works wonders. Good luck :d
