I have had about 4 small what look like minature whiteheads on the underside of my penis, right below the glans but above the circumsition cut. Anyway I have had these for months maybe even 6 months I have just started putting a cream on it hydrocortisone, but im not sure its working, I think they are getting smaller, but it doest seem they are going away. I am getting a little scared because of how long ive had them, anyway, they dont itch, burn, ect.. They are just there, and im not sure what they are, are they normal??? Anyone know what they are, im a big guy so I do sweat a lot, and dont take a lot lightly I do a lot, ive had hair folicle infections giving me sebatious and pilionital cysts because of my purfuse sweating, anyway, thats all I think ask me if you need more info, I cant go to the doctor for this, for reasons I dont wanna explain, its not embarresment, I honestly cannot go, so please help me if you can, id love to have peice of mind

Unfortunately, without being able to see first-hand what you mean, it's not really possible to give any reasonable diagnosis. It could be almost anything, literally. If they have been there for some considerable length of time, it would be a very good idea to see your doctor. I know you said you can't, but doctors are very understanding and, of course, bound by confidentiality agreements. If you have an issue with a particular doctor, find somebody else to see. I hope it sorts itself out!
