Q: the Shakes

Why after I work out which consists of weights and other fitness workouts do I shake afterwards for a good 30 mins. My suspition is adrenalin if thats correct how can I stop this from hppening? Surprised

Shakes
Hey dude, if you are over working you muscles you will shake , but if you are just working out and sweating, the shakes might be due to your sugar levels being to low. There are some low cost gluscose meters. I would tend to guess that your sugars will be low. If that is the case a proper diet is needed especially when engaged in an exercise program,,,a good glucose number is betwee 80-110, but check with your doctor.
