i was wondering I have the worst stage of bipolar and I am 16 and I used to take medicine for it and when I took the medicine I ate alot,kinda mean not really,i was really shaky,i would sleep all day. But now im scared im going to do something stupid or be really mean since im not on it anymore should I be on it or no? :?

I think if you feel that you shouldn't be on medicine than don't take it but be able to recognize the moment that you need to be on medicine.I also was on medicine and I stopped cause I felt better but after 3 months iwas back on them because I think that i'm better on medicine.

Just my advice, get back on the meds. Taking a med then stoping the med(s) quickly can make the ups and downs worse and can leave you with bad side effects. Some bipolar's can go with out medication but please reconize when you need to be on meds,also learn your stressers and what triggers you.
