Heart Rate
Hey dana,

my heart rate is unusually high most of the time, even when i'm resting. It's definitely anxiety, because I weigh 105, i'm young, and physically healthy. The lowest my heart rate gets to is about 65 to 70 bpm. That's usually when I first wake up in the morning. Throughout the day, it's around 90 to 110. Definitely a symptom of a racing mind.
