By the sounds of it you do have depression and also maybe anxiety.
Do you sleep well through the night?
Talking to someone you trust can help, maybe even start a journal on the feelings that you've had during the day and pin point what caused them to make you feel the way you were. Maybe see a coucilour?
While being depressed does tend to make you just want to sleep and laze around and cut contact from social life.
I know it feels so damn hard while your going through depressions because it's always feels like its there to stay, it will never go away.
I don't know what I can advise you because we heal ourselves in different ways.
I myself was on both anitdrepressants and am seeing a physcorist at the moment and working my way to dealing with my emotions. And also keep a journal.
I have also let my friends know and by them knowing they understand when I tell them I won't be hanging out.
Things do eventually look brighter, time being one of the biggest factor.
