I got the :08 min abs from a friend not too long ago and I loved it! Now i'm looking for anyone who has any of the other ones. I just want to know the different exercises they do in buns, thighs, and arms. If anyone has it and would kindly tell me the exercises they do in it I would appriciate it. I've had such good results with the abs, that I can't wait to see the same results in my thighs, buns, and arms!!! Thanks :d
