Q: Suggestions Needed!

I have been on bcp for 5 years and never had a problem before now. I take the pill every night and never miss.
Symptoms have included nausea (pretty much all day), but not actually throwing up, more bathroom breaks, lower back pain, abdominal cramps-fairly mild (but still enough to bother me, again pretty much all day), extreme fatigue, headaches and have been lightheaded.
There is a chance of pregnancy, but I did have a very light period last week, well heavy for about 3 days, then very very light, which is unusual for me. And boobs are not sore at all...Which seems to be a common sign of pregnancy.
Ovarian cysts do run in my family, but I don't know enough about them...
Anyone have any ideas?
I have my annual coming up next week, but just really wanted some mind ease before then...

I have ovarian cysts and they come and they go..But 3 years ago I was walking my dog in the school yard when I got a severe cramp and passed out hitting the concrete which woke me up again..Dr's couldn't find anything else but some cysts, then they went away..I do know I eat way too much sugar and since I have cut back my pain has reduced..I just had exploratory surgery to rule our endometritis. Sugar does more harm to our bodies than fat does..Hope this helps..I also starting taking evening primrose oil which also helps. Thanks
