Q: Concern

I'm on the yasmin pill. And I missed my pill once in the 2week and had sex that week. I also the week before had been on steroids for my mono and I still haven't gotten my period. What's the deal here? Let me know please.. :?

hi. I don't know about the yasmin pill but I would take a closer look at the steroids you took for possible side effects and other things. I do know that antibiotics lower the effectivness of the pill so maybe the meds you took could as well. Did you use a condom at all? Otherwise, I would consider other things like stress. I'm sure mono would be a little stressful so being sick and stuff could delay your period. Hope that helps!
