Has anyone with oc had contraction like pain w/severe diarrea as a symptom? Went to emergency room no direct answer...

Also did anyone with oc miss there periods? Is there always a tumor or cyst on your ovary if you have oc?

I am considering a lapros. Which is the only way to diagnoss endo or ovarian cancer right?

If you can help me I would be so grateful I am just sick. I don't want to be a hypo but I don't want to ignore my body.

I have had pain during intercourse, sudden change in bm, fluid in abdomen....
