Lol i'm up really late trying to finish some math homework and my brain is beat and I can't figure anything out...Such as 1 over 1000 (so like a fraction) as a power of 10...So I have to write 1 over 1000 as a power of 10...And the whole fraction thing has me muddled. Help?? Lol thanks!

God I hate math... Lol I was good at it, but I hated it so I didn't pay attention. Lol hope u got the answer though :d
