I know how you feel. I've been diagnosed with gad and I feel like i'm dying all the time. I'm hypersensitive to every sensation in my body, so when I feel something different, I immediately think of something horrible. Like... Lately i've been feeling a kind of numbness in the back of my head, sort of like the blood that's going into my head is cold, so now i'm paranoid that not enough blood is going to my brain. Lol.

And when I have an anxiety attack, the "i'm dying!" feeling is intensified.

Fear of dying, even constantly fearing it, is a common symptom of anxiety.

Right now I think im worrying because im not worrying, im paranoid because my eyelid feels heavy. It feels like my right eye is tired. It happens on and off and seems to only happen when im tired. When I look in the mirror at it its not droopy or sagging. I dont have any musckle loss in it or my face or anything like that

That doesn't sound like anything serious. Sometimes one of my eyes will feel different from the other.

Maybe you should try relaxation techniques to try to feel better... Music, take a walk, watch some tv ... I know it doesn't always help but it's always good to try to relax. :)
