This sounds like potentially dysfunctional eustachian tubes.(the tubes that connect the ears to the throat.)visit an ear specialist(audiologist or gp) where a simple pressure test can confirm whether or not this is the case. If confirmed it may improve spontaneously or with the help of decongestants

Im already using orasl decongestant RX'd by PCP and Nasacort and had gotten somew relief, but is getting worse again
