I Do At Work
Because I work mostly alone doing mindless tasks. My mind always seems to go in that direction.

I seriously don't know what I would do if I wasn't worrying every second of the day.
No, I take that back. While I was in taekwondo, of all things, I couldn't believe my mental improvement.
Maybe I should get back into that.

Big man, honestly I can tell just from reading your posts its nothing more then severe anxiety. It would be diffrent if we came on here and said we suffer from black outs, seizures, collapsing, and stuff like that but we dont. Because were not sick at all. I read once that one of the anxiety sufferers problems is that we think its only right to feel 100% perfect all the time. And nobody in the world does. Everybody gets the symptoms we do but the thoguth that its something bad dosnt even cross their mind.

That's good to hear. I don't think i've ever felt 100%. Or 50% for that matter.
I just wish I wouldn't obssess about my problems. That would help immensely.

Or I wish the doctor would find something seriously wrong with me. I might actually feel better then- a little vindication!
Hardy-har, right?

No I dont, but I deffinitely would say I worry alot about small stupid stuff most ppl wouldnt worry about. I.E, the weather, my family, my friends and the biggest one I always worry about my skin lol if im going to breakout or how it looks. I always have to check on it. Very annoying.
