Q: Allergy While Pregnant

i have a severe allergy, but I do not know to what! The symptoms are the same as hayfever, but it occurs all through the year, not just in summer. This is my 2nd pregnancy, but this time it is worse. My nose is constantly blocked or running and I sneeze consistantly throughout the day and night and my eyes itch. Has anyone had a similar condition? I have been given some nasal sprays from the doctor but I am reluctant to take them as I am just 7 weeks pregnant.

Any help would be appreciated.
