I hope one of y'all can help me out. I've been having an ache in my left testicle for a year now. It also has a very strong pulse and the ball muscle is drawing it up in the scrodum and releasing making for a squirming feeling. I had embolization surgery thinking the small varicocele I had was the problem. Now the pain is still there only my abs, thigh, foot, calve, and butt now have a pulsing sensation day and night. Less like twitching and more like blood surging because it is constant and not random. No docs know whats wrong but the pulsing keeps me from falling asleep and makes working during the day real hard. Anybody got a clue? Thanks!

It may just be something as simple as the blood vessels are too close to the nerves, and as such the relatively small pulsing of your heartbeat seems a heck of a lot stronger. Due to the length of time it's been going on, it seems to rule out anything that poses an immediate risk to you, simply because you'd know about it after a year if it did. Still, ask your gp if you can see a specialist. S/he should be able to have a closer look as it were.

I have had pain in my left testicle for about 4 years now, on and off. Sometimes its really bad and it hurts to even wash it in the shower. I had an unguinal hernia operatioin when I was small and I have had my testies tested by about 4 doctors and all of them say its fine.. Just epididimitus or something like that. Still worrying but its nothing serious.

Tesicle Pain
I have a similar problem that you are experiancing as well. I had this testicle pain on the left side aswell on and off for around 3 years. I also had a hernia operation when I was small. I did see the docters for scans and they said everything is ok. They also told me it's chronic epydidmis, I think that is how you spell it. They said that there is no permenant solution to get rid of the pain but I am hoping that there is a way. They just told me to take ibrophen or paracetamol.

If the there is a way to sort this condition then I really would like to know!
