Q: Gallbladder And Appendix

Does anyone know any history on if people do ok with both their gall bladder's and appendix's out. My friend might have her's out because she has a stomach issue that we are trying to figure out through a process of elimination. She already had her gall bladder out (obviously wasn't the problem) and then they are going to check out her meckles gland and then possibly take out her appendix (though the symptoms aren't nearly as devasting as appendicitis, so its nothing to do with the appendix most likely). So two questions...1) does anyone know if its a problem to have both the gall bladder and appendix out and 2) should she take out her appendix?

Thanks all!
