I have been with this man for eleven years we have two boys 7&3 who are absolutely gorgeous, but we have not been a couple for years. We have slept in separate rooms since I was pregnant with our second son and he has put me though alot of emotional abuse in the past. I have wanted to bring the relationship to an end for some time but have recently been pushing it, now he says he loves me but he is doing it in a taunting way and trying to touch me inapropriatly when he has not been near me intimately for years. He has a comfortable existence, meals cooked, does not lift a finger even though he works from home. I am truly miserable to the point I have had to seek medication from the doctor.

He wont let me go and tells me I am happy and if I am not that I just need to up my medication I cannot live like this any more and I need him to understand that it is over and that I need to formally end the relationship.


Can anyone help or advise me I am tied into the house legally and cannot do anything other than sell the house from under him which I am scared to do as he can have a nasty streak.
