Just recently I accidentally cut the tip of my tongue with the opening of a soda can, and now i'm worried that there might have been bacteria there that could cause an infection or something. I feel overly paranoid, but should I be worried about tetanus or something?

How long has it been since you have had a tetanus booster, my suggestion is to talk to your Dr.

I actually just got a tetanus shot in 2003 - do you think that is okay? Thanks for the advice.

Hey...

If your last tetanus shot was withint the last 5 years.. You should have nothing to worry about... And whenever you cut yourself with any type of metal.. You should be cautious and ask yourself if you have had a tetanus shot within the last 5 years...

Good luck =d
