Anyone ever get dizzy and nauseas or lightheaded when they masterbate?

Yeah I get light headed becaz I hold my breathe when im getting off becaz it feels so good, but then I have a panic attack when I feel like that after wards.

You can get light headed or dizzy during sex or masterbation because a lot of your blood leaves the head and fills the genitals.
