Hello, im 18 years of age. I recieved a closed fractured while playing football on december 6, 2004, I went to the hopital, and they put a cast on me, they told me to leave it on for 6 weeks (til jan 21). Unfortunately, I found the cast difficult to live with, so I took the cast off prematurely in 21 days. Its july now, pains gone, but my ankle is still swollen(not saverly), and it feels funny when I applied too much pressure on it. I'm just kinda worried, there are 2 questions that run through my mind:
-if I go to the doctor will they give me a walkin cast
-has the fibula healed improperly, if so will it require sugery

i would apprieciate your insight, thnaks alot.
