Can anxiety get worse over a period of time??? Can you get anxiety all of a sudden out of the blue when your not expecting it???

I got mine when I had a pulmonary embolism. I realized that i'm as mortal as anyone else. It's scary to realize that something could be in your body that could kill you and you not even know it.
