Q: Caffeine

Right now I drink abouta bottle of mountain dew per day. I heard that drinking one can of coke (regular, not diet) every day for a year you will gain 10 pounds (4.54 kilograms).

Now there is more soda in a bottle than there is in a can. And i'm 99.9% that mountain dew is much worse for you than coke.

With that said, does anyone have advice for me to cut out mountain dew without getting a bad caffeine withdraw headache? I heard that green tea has caffeine in it, and it is actually good for the body. Is that true?

Thanks for the help!! 8)

Green Is Very Good For You.
Stop drinking pop of any kind and soon as you can.

There's going to be 2 withdrawal symptoms you'll start to feel. Caffeine and surgar. I use to drink about 2-3 cans of coke a day for years. How I kick the habit was to drink green tea, 2-8 cups a day. It help quite a bit. For emergency, keep a bottle of advil by your side if the headaches become unbearable. It can take anywhere between 2-14 days for the full withdrawal affects to were off.

Read this great book called the fantastic voyage. It will chang the way you think about everything you put into your body.
