Q: Permanent Damage

Can constant anxiety cause permanent damage to your heart?

I am worried that never ending palpitations in which it feels like the
heart is beating too hard will lead to non-reversible damage or irregular heartbeats...

Nope not at all, I get palpations when I get the slightest adrenaline rush, if I see somone who im not cool with my hear will start palpatating, not even because im scared just because that small adrenaline rush
