Hi ladies,

i’m always so busy with work and my family that for a long time I put my health (especially exercise) on the back burner. But a little while ago I saw a bowflex commercial and it made me start thinking about getting back in shape. After looking at different options I finally got a bowflex. And can I just tell you that it is the best idea i’ve had for a while. I can work out when I want too (good brake from the kids) and after i’m done I feel great. I’m looking the best I have in years and even my not so observant husband has made comments!!!! I suggest if you need a kick start back in shape that you can do on your own time you should try a bowflex.
