Ok. My period is two weeks late. It's been normal for a while now, but now it's late. Could it be due to stress? I've been under a lot of stress lately. For the past couple of days, i've been experiencing cramps and all - got me thinking that my period would come, but...It hasn't yet. Should I be worried? Or is it just stress? Yes, it's 5 in the morning here, and I can't sleep 'cause this is worrying me. Someone please help me! :-\

Late
Yes it very well could be stress. And thats probably all it is. If you are so nervous take a pregnancy test so you will know and then when it comes up negative you can stop stressing and your period will come. Believe me that just happened to me two weeks ago. I was nervous and very stressed out.

Lateness
I'm really scared about getting a pregnancy test...Right now my stomach is rumbling. I'm hungry, but not that hungry. I've been real gasy too. Could something else be wrong, too? Also, for the past three weeks, my sleep cycle has been out of wack, could that be part of the problem, too? I'm just nervous that it coul be more than just a late period.

I Know...
Ok, I feel you, i've had that same problem for the past 2 months, only spotting for like 2 or 3 days that's all, and this month it hasn't come at all yet, and I normally get it on like the 12th-18th of the month. It's been regular up until recently, and I don't get it. It's making me worried and I think maybe that's what's delaying it even more. Butyeah, have you been losing weight or doing vast amounts of exercise recently?

Out of Wack
Your period could be out of wack if you're under a lot of stress, which I was. My period finally came, and I had it last week, which I was just so happy about. Guys just don't understand this. I was talking about it to one of my close guys friends and I got upset with him and said, "you just don't understand how scarey it is for your period to not come on time!" guys don't get it. But i've been exercising a lot more, i've been more active this past month than most. I was also under tons and tons of stress, and as soon as I just relaxed and all, and just forgot about everything for a couple of days, my period came. It was nice. What are your other symptoms? I mean, do you have period symptoms but no actual period?

Yeah
Yeah I have the symptoms, just not the actual period. I've been pretty active this month too, pretty obsessed about my body and losing weight, but I havn't lost that much, and the amount I lost was bad as i'm underweight anyway, nearly became anorexic, but I think i'm over it now and calming the exercise down a bit. Do you think it will come back soon as I only lost it for one month?

Okay.
I think it will come back, you just need to calm down with the exercising, because if you do your body will recognize it. Usually your period will become odd if you do an excessive amount of working out, or are under mounds of stress, like I was. I would also start eating healthier. Instead of becoming anorexic, try and eat more healthy foods like fruit and such. I'm trying to loose weight as well, it's just hard too in my position. But it should come back. Keep me updated.
