Q: Back Pain And Symtoms

Back pain-
i have back pains in the center of my lower back sometimes it feels like the pains go into my leg muscles and cause pain there , also before all started I had surgery on my appendix(ruptured) around early june 2004.

Months after I started to have these pains . What's wrong?
