Whenever I go to the doctors or dentist, I cry, and when I say I cry I mean I really cry like cry to the point where its hard for me to breath. It really only happens for the dentist when I have to get teeth pulled and I think about getting shots, and for the doctors I cry no matter what. The last time I went to the doctors I had to get my finger pricked I cryed, got dizzy, lightheaded, stomach pains and cramps, and I fell out of the chair I was sitting in. Then later on I found out I had to get a tetnis shot, I screamed and cryed (once when I was younger I ran out of the room and hid). I calmed down, then the nurse brought the shot in, my bp went up the nurse said I sweat and wouldnt allow her to give it to me finally I did but after about 15 min. I'v been like this since I was little about six and had a bad experience. So do I have a phobia? And if I do what do I do about it. :?

Gradually desensitise yourself by thinking of injections and learning how to relax and cope with the fears
a big dose of valium about 1 hour before will help a lot
