Gazza_man,
i get that "like I am in a dream" feeling too. When I am too stressed I feel like I don't know where I am or what I am doing. I have had incidients where I would be in the grocery store, forget what I came to buy and all of a sudden feel kind of dizzy or headachy and don't know what I am doing, almose like I am in a dream state. When I drive back home, I forget what road to take to get back, but yet it is like the car is driving me and knows where to go and takes me to the right house. Don't even know if that makes sense....

I know exactly what you mean mary. With me its kinda like my brain is carrying out actions like a routine, but you dont know its doing it. Its really strange because you dont kinda think about it and then your brain does something, and its what you would have done anyway.
Get what I mean, its really difficult to explain lol. :?

Yes, yes, james I do get what you mean!! That's it exactly, my brain is carrying out actions like my everyday routine. I am just driving or doing my routine without really even knowing I am doing what I am supposed to be doing correctly. It is soooo hard to explain, I know. It's like another level to my subconscious or something....
