What if you don't know if you are pregnant and you are still regularly taking the pill? Will it harm the baby?

Hi! Well I can tell you I was on the pill and am pregant. Just found out yesterday. Took 3 home test all positive a few were faint lines. Had a blood yesterday to confirm. I have read because I was concerned that it shouldn't do harm, but to stop them if you find out you are pg. Best bet take a test!!!
